My Story
My name is Veronica Aguilar-Lespron. I am a mother of 2, and have been married to my wonderful, supportive husband for 14 years. I joined Scentsy in October of 2009. After being a stay at home mom for 2 years with my first born. I was lost, after always working since I was 17 staying home and depending on 1 income (not my own) was just not for me. Don’t get me wrong I love my son, but I needed more. So I remember one of the moms from the play dates I had with my son invited me to a Scentsy party. It was there I fell in love with the product. I remember sitting at this party thinking I can do that! I went back home and with excitement told my husband I need $99. He always supported me so that strange look he gave me after I explained to him what the money as for, was even more of a reason I had to make this Scentsy business work. Oh did I mention I had just received my degree in social psychology …yes I did things backwards in life kid first, degree then marriage, but it all worked out. A month after I joined Scentsy I was called for a teaching position at the school I used to teach as an aid at before I left when I had a complicated pregnancy so because teaching was my passion I jumped at it. But after a couple of years my scentsy business blossomed like I only thought I could dream of. Scentsy was more of a full time job now ( be careful what you ask for God had a humor in this one) now I was so busy with now 2 little ones that being a taxi with school, sports, and events I now did not have enough hours in a day to complete everything I wanted to do. So in June 2018 was they day I closed my classroom doors for the last time.
I am not a full time Scentsy Super Star Director. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My family of 4 now lives comfortably. We no longer live pay check to pay check. With the help of Scentsy I was able to pay off my student loans, send my kids to private school which is very important to me, and afford a bigger home. Scentsy has blessed my family in so many ways. I love my Scentsy Team that I now call "Family"! Along this almost 11 year journey I have made many beautiful friendships. I have been fortunate enough to travel "Scentsy Style" to Boston, The Dominican Republic twice, Bahamas, Cancun, Caribbean Cruise, Disney World, Mediterranean Cruise, Marco Isalnd and I am honored to say I was one of the Top 150 consultants in the company to earn a river curise to the Netherlands. These were dream trips for my husband and I, that we would have never been able to afford ourselves. I was forced to get out of my comfort zone when I promoted to Director in 2010, but because of it I am a stronger, more confident, and a more successful woman, and for that I am grateful. As a Director I get to teach, coach, mentor, and watch people's lives change just like being a pre-kinder teacher, but with adults is how I see it. Thanks to my amazing team that I get to lead, I promoted to STAR DIRECTOR in April of 2016 and recentley promoted to the very top as a Super Star Director in May of 2020. It's funny, I am known as "The Scentsy Lady" LOVE IT!!!! My husband tells me that when I am asked about Scentsy, no matter what kind of day I am having, my face lights up, and I transform....I laugh because I know it's true. It's all because I truly love what I do!!! I party for a living and so can you!! Come Join me on this amazing journey!
